Thank you for shopping at Rejuvelight Therapy! We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. As a drop shipping store, we want to be transparent about how your order is processed and shipped.

 

1. Drop shipping Fulfillment

 

We operate on a drop shipping model. This means that after you place an order, your product is manufactured or sourced by a third-party supplier (our partner) and shipped directly from their warehouse to your specified delivery address.

  • Separate Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be sourced from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages on different dates.

  • Packaging: Packages may not feature our branding, as they are shipped directly from our suppliers.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

Order processing is separate from shipping time. All orders go through a processing phase before shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

 

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

 

Due to the drop shipping model, shipping times can be longer and may vary based on your location and the supplier's warehouse location. The times below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We ship to a select number of international countries. Delivery times vary greatly by destination.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours.

  • Tracking Delays: Please allow for a delay of 2–5 days between the time you receive your tracking number and when it shows an update from the courier.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

 

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses at this time.

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed or has entered the processing stage. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Rejuvelight Therapy is NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided on the order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you by providing the necessary tracking and purchase information.

 

6. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes that may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery dates.

 

7. Delays and Service Interruptions

 

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, please note that all delivery times are estimates. Rejuvelight Therapy is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including, but not limited to:

  • Unexpected supplier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)

  • Global pandemics or local transportation disruptions

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you immediately.
